Our Philosophy
Ninja ZEN Meditation is a program based on deep spirituality that differs from the stereotypical images commonly associated with ninjas. We do not use any acrobatic movements or flashy techniques like throwing shuriken.
Instead, we focus on the spiritual training that ninjas considered most important in their actual mission execution, aiming to help participants rediscover the connection between mind and body that is being lost in modern society.
About Our Instructor
Ninja practitioner Sagami has over ten years of career as a ninja instructor and was appointed as a Nindo master under the supervision of Jinichi Kawakami, the Koga Banryu Soshi-ke, and Professor Yuji Yamada of Mie University in 2019. Drawing on his domestic and international teaching experience, he provides programs that adapt the spirit of traditional ninjutsu to modern times.
International Support
With simultaneous English interpretation, participants from overseas are welcome to join. We have had many international participants experience the charm of traditional Japanese meditation methods.
This program contains no religious elements. It is a meditation method based on ancient ninjutsu that harmonizes mind and body, and anyone can participate with confidence.
