Train your mind and body through ninja hand seals and walking meditation, set against the most breathtaking night views.

Experience something truly special in the heart of Tokyo — an encounter with the ancient wisdom of the shinobi, passed down across centuries. This one-of-a-kind program blends the unique physical techniques mastered by ninja who once served the Tokugawa shogunate — honed to survive the most grueling of missions — with the timeless traditions of Japanese meditation.

Your journey unfolds across two iconic settings: Tokyo Tower, a symbol of modern Japan, and Zojoji Temple, a serene and sacred site steeped in the legacy of the Tokugawa shogunate. Moving between these two sanctuaries — where old and new resonate in vivid harmony — you will travel through time, from the Edo period to the present day. Along the way, you will practice in no kokyuho (ninja breathing with hand seals) and shinobiashi (the silent ninja walk), gently awakening and refining all five senses.

Feel the living history of the ninja in your very bones, discover the stillness that exists within the bustling city, and realign your sense of self. This is a Japanese cultural experience like no other — where history meets wellness. We invite you to feel it for yourself.

The Ninja of Legend — and the Ninja of History

When most people outside Japan picture a ninja, they imagine extraordinary feats — leaping several meters into the air, breathing fire, or multiplying into many bodies at once. The reality, however, was quite different. A ninja’s primary mission was to gather information and deliver it accurately. To do this effectively, the ability to control one’s own mind — no matter the circumstances — was essential.

Staying calm under pressure, sharpening focus, overcoming fear, avoiding conflict, and building trust with others. These were the true skills of the ninja. Far from fantasy, the actual training methods practiced by real ninja included unique breathing techniques, meditation, and hand seals known as in.

By learning these methods, we hope you will discover new possibilities within yourself — and open the door to a richer, more expansive life.
