EXECUTIVE CORPORATE TRAINING
Transforming modern executives
with ninja wisdom.
Transformative ninja techniques—breathing, mudra, and mental focus—refined in the Sengoku era, applied to modern business leadership. A one-of-a-kind, experiential training program.
※Fully customizable · Small-group format · English interpretation provided
THE PROBLEM
A training that just ends with “that was nice”
isn’t worth investing in.
Most corporate training ends the moment it’s over. It’s forgotten within a week, and nothing changes on the ground. What your company actually needs is training with real ROI—training that people can put into practice starting tomorrow and that takes root as part of your organization’s culture.
Common Challenges with
Traditional Training
- No practical skills remain once the training ends
- Engagement doesn’t improve, and turnover and leave-taking continue
- No sense of unity when engaging with global talent or overseas guests
- Low psychological safety on teams, making it hard for people to speak up
What Changes in Your Organization After This Training
- Breathing and mudra techniques usable from day one boost individual and team performance
- A shared experience strengthens team cohesion and improves engagement
- Bilingual Japanese-English delivery brings global teams together
- Ninjutsu’s philosophy of “psychological safety” cultivates a culture where people speak up freely
※These are representative examples.
BUSINESS BENEFITS
Ninjutsu translates directly
into modern business.
Ninjutsu isn’t “magic.” Reading a situation, regulating emotion, moving as a team—this practical wisdom is, at its core, the same discipline demanded by today’s business world.

Sharper Focus
and
Attention
An experiential practice using the sword mudra (tōin), breathing techniques, and walking meditation to sharpen awareness

Stress Reduction and Mind-Body Refresh
Breath-Based Control of Mental State and Mindfulness Practice

Team Building Through Shared Experience
A nonverbal communication experience that helps global teams feel united

Authentic Japanese Cultural Experience
A truly one-of-a-kind experience that lets overseas guests feel “this is why I came to Japan”
| Breathing Techniques & Mental Focus | → Achieving a Focused State and Coping with Stress A habit of centering the mind before making decisions. Many participants now practice it before meetings and negotiations. |
| Stealth Walking & Covert Movement | → Situational Awareness and Reading the Room Physically experiencing the sense of “ma” (timing/spacing) and observational skill produces insights that carry directly into how you carry yourself in negotiations and meetings. |
| Team Infiltration Mission | → Team Cohesion and Building a Shared Language A “shared experience” that’s hard to create in a conference room gives teams a natural opening for dialogue—effective for global teams as well. |
| Shuriken & Diversion Tactics | → Information Transfer, Negotiation, and Strategic Thinking The ninjutsu philosophy of “winning without fighting” brings a fresh perspective to competitive strategy and building win-win relationships. |
WHY NINJA
Why Ninjutsu, Why Now?
Ninja perfected the art of surviving without fighting. Even while infiltrating enemy territory, they kept their emotions unshaken and responded instantly to any situation—and the source of that mental strength lay in breathing techniques, mudra, and meditation.
This is by no means a story of the past. It’s essentially the same challenge faced by today’s executives, who are exposed to information overload, an endless stream of decisions, and global competitive pressure.
This program is an experiential executive training that translates ninjutsu philosophy and practice into modern business.
There’s no shortage of well-being-focused training—mindfulness programs, yoga, coaching. But the “ninja” context offers strengths none of them can match: it stays memorable as an extraordinary experience, builds a deeper understanding of Japanese culture, and becomes a talking point on the global stage. By delivering both training outcomes and brand-building experiential value at once, it sets itself apart from every other program.

WHY NINJA
What the AI era demands isn’t
just information-processing ability.
Leadership training born in Japan, honing judgment, focus, and humanity.
In an age when AI handles information processing and analysis, the capabilities demanded of humans are shifting: the ability to read a situation, to regulate emotion, to understand others. The capabilities ninja honed over centuries overlap directly with the non-cognitive skills today’s leaders need.

Judgment
The ability to read a situation and decide instantly

Focus
The ability to steady your emotions and focus on what matters

Humanity
The ability to understand others and
build trust
